Our very own Chef, Barry LaFleur surprised the staff at Rapid Chevrolet Cadillac
a few weeks back with this Bacon Wrapped Octopus Appetizer. Dare to try it?
Here’s how he made it:
First he sauteed the Octopus in some Olive Oil with some fresh chopped garlic, salt and pepper.
When that was about finished he squeezed some fresh lemon on top. Allowed the Octopus to cool. Then wrapped the bacon around, threw them on the grill for a couple minutes then voilà!
